Refund and Returns Policy – Routers, CCTV, Smart Home Devices & Access Control
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Software licenses and downloadable firmware.
- Installed or activated smart home devices, routers, or CCTV systems.
- Customized or special-order access control equipment.
- Clearance or “final sale” items.
Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer unless instructed by us.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items with missing accessories, manuals, or damaged packaging.
- Products showing signs of installation or use.
- Returns requested after 30 days but within 45 days (restocking fee may apply).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider or bank for processing times.
- Contact us at {email address} if the refund has not appeared after the expected timeframe.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or have manufacturer faults.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the value of the return.
If it was not marked as a gift, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns

If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items such as NVRs, access control panels, or premium routers.
